Winter Pressures Respiratory Hub

Our Winter Pressures Respiratory Hubs are located at Croft Medical Centre, Grange Medical Practice & Speedwell Surgery. At these 3 practices there will be 2 GP’s everyday just solely for respiratory issues. These hubs are kept within a close proximity of the local hospital to Reduce 111 calls and Reduce unnecessary A&E admissions.

This hub is Available to 250,000 patients from both Viaduct & Greenwood PCN. Our Respiratory hub has been live since the 22nd of December and has been a huge success. We select locally sourced clinicians that are familiar with working locally that know the local pathways well in order to ensure a smooth running operation.
